Star Wars: Battlefront II (2005)

Still the Battlefront most people mean. Space battles you can fly into and board, a hero mode with no timer, and the 501st campaign that marches you through Order 66 from the wrong side of it. Rough edges everywhere, and the ambition papers over them. Still sold on its own on Steam and GOG for $9.99, which is the version to buy on PC and still has online play; Aspyr's Battlefront Classic Collection, which launched in poor shape, is the only current-console version.
